I believe in the power of vulnerability and the deep connections that arise when we dare to put words to the difficult, the unseen, the things we often struggle to express. That’s why my talks are never one-sided lectures but an open invitation to dialogue.

I create a safe and welcoming space, with room for curiosity, questions, and reflection. This is where the topic truly comes alive—when we explore together what it means to stand in the midst of a life crisis and still find the light within it—to truly listen to what’s calling you.
