Healing Through Sound and Vibrations
Sound Healing promotes healing and balance through sound and vibrations. It influences us on the physical, emotional, and energetic levels, helping us reconnect with our natural harmonious state. The sounds and vibrations from Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, the gong, and various other instruments help calm the nervous system, allowing for deep relaxation. Many experiences a deep meditative state, while others feel an increased awareness and openness to messages.
Through sound healing, the body is reminded of the healthy vibration it naturally seeks to resonate with. The body is gently guided toward healing, release, restoring balance and harmony. Every Sound experience is unique. However you can trust that it always works for your highest good as your body, mind and soul are embraced by these healing vibrations. Because Sound Therapy flows so naturally with other modalities like energy work, yoga, breath, and mantras β I often integrate them intuitively into my sessions.
Whether in a group setting or 1:1 session, I create a safe, nurturing space where you can receive both physical and energetic healing and release through sound, vibration, and energy work.
Since my first profound experience with sound healing, I have been deeply curious and have gained extensive experience with sound healing in many different settings and with various sound healers. Rooted in my growing passion and admiration for what sound healing and sound therapy can do, and as an essential part of my own healing journey, I was guided to become a Sound Therapy Practitioner myself.
