Please read these terms carefully before purchasing our products or services. By signing up to or participating in any offering from Apartof and anne.jeppesen.com you agree to accept all of the below terms and conditions and will adhere to them. Note that you have to be of legal age (i.e. 18 years or older) to fully comply with this agreement.

Terms and conditions – Books by Anne Jeppesen

Books written by Anne Jeppesen are made available via third-party retailers. When purchasing a book, you will be referred to the relevant sales platform, and the transaction is subject to that seller’s terms and conditions. All information regarding payment, complaints, and delivery must therefore be addressed with the respective seller or platform.

General
These terms and conditions below apply to the purchase of products and services from Apartof. By making a purchase with us, you accept our terms, which may be updated at any time.

Payment
Payment can be made via MobilePay in Denmark, by PayPal international or via bank transfer. The amount will be charged once the order is confirmed.

Right of Complaint
The right of complaint does not apply to non-physical products.

Right of Withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for digital products or personal services, such as sessions and courses, once they have been delivered or commenced.

Prices and Price Changes
All prices include VAT and applicable taxes. We reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

We provide Services lead by Anne Jeppesen:

  • Healing as Sound healing, Energy Healing and more supportive session.
  • Spiritual Guide sessions/Guide sessions are primarily online but can be in person.
  • Healing, Energy Healing, Sound healing, Gong Baths and Yoga can be both via online and in person 1:1, classes, workshops, corporate and private sessions.
  • Talks and workshops are customized for each individual event. The applicable terms and conditions will be specified in the agreement related to the event.

Waiver of Liability
I agree that I am voluntarily participating in an online or in person class, session, workshop or course offered by Apartof.

I understand and recognize that sessions, classes and workshops with Apartof may be physically strenuous and may cause physical injury. I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge and awareness of the risks and hazards involved. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation and agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injury or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the class, session or programme. No part of the provision of the Service shall be deemed to be, nor is it intended to be, nor should it be taken to be, the provision of health advice. Apartof is in no way liable for any injury, loss of property or death resulting from attending our classes & taking part in all activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I understand that I may receive physical or verbal assistance or adjustments to enhance or correct my body posture during class , session or workshops. I will take accountability for alerting the teacher of any injury or impairment in advance before class begins or if I do not want to receive any assists.

I understand that in very exceptional circumstances the class/session timetable may be altered at any time.

If you are attending an in-person class or workshop, you accept full responsibility for your belongings. Apartof does not accept responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged goods.

Booking, Cancellation & Purchase Policy

Sound- and Gongbaths, events & workshops.

Payment needs to be made upon booking.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time of the workshop. Late entry to workshops will not be permitted or refunded.

Mobile phones and any other electronic devices must be switched off or put to airplane mode during the event.

Bring only the minimum of personal items into the venue.

Apartof does not offer refunds on workshops for change of mind, injury, illness or any other reason. All purchases are final. If you cannot attend, you are welcome pass your ticket forward to a friend.

If an event is due to unforeseeable reasons cancelled from our side, you’ll receive a refund or option to reschedule your attendance.

Guide Sessions Healing and 1:1 healing sessions
Cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours before the scheduled session. In case of later cancellation, the full amount for the session will be charged.

Special rules may apply for certain events due to venue or other third party conditions. In that case we will inform clearly about this.

Health Disclaimer
The products and services offered by Anne Jeppesen – including energy healing, sound therapy, spiritual guidance, and the use of crystals – are intended as supportive and complementary tools for personal well-being.

Please inform us and consult with your doctor if any of the conditions listed below apply to you. While sound therapy is generally safe and beneficial, there are a few rare cases where it may not be suitable. In most instances, simple adjustments – such as lowering the volume or positioning you further from the instruments – can ensure your comfort.

Please take extra care or consult a healthcare professional if you have:

  • Tinnitus or other sound-sensitive conditions
  • Epilepsy or a history of seizures
  • A pacemaker
  • Metal plates or implants in your body (especially relevant for 1:1 singing bowl treatments)
  • Recently undergone surgery or experienced bone fractures (wait 4–6 weeks before participating)
  • Severe depression, anxiety, or PTSD
  • Are in your first trimester of pregnancy (please wait until the second trimester)
  • Hearing aids (please remove them before the sound bath begins)

If you have any other condition not listed above that may be of concern, please consult your doctor and/or reach out to me before booking an event or private session.

Private group sessions
Due to costs involved with room and / or transportation, 50% of the payment for yoga or soundbath sessions for private groups is charged upon booking and is non-refundable.
The other 50% is due to be paid on the day of the session.

Ownership of Content
All content of online livestream and on demand sessions, yoga classes and other offerings is owned solely by Apartof and may not be redistributed, resold or passed on.

Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse you access to either the online or in-person services in the case of: Anti-social behaviour, misconduct, abusive behaviour to staff, intoxication, very obvious cold symptoms.

 Acceptance and Changes to Terms
Apartof shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, add, or remove any terms or conditions of these Terms of Service without notice or liability to you. Any changes to these Terms of Service shall be effective immediately following the posting of such changes. You agree to review these Terms of Service from time to time and agree that any subsequent use by you of the Services following changes to these Terms of Service shall constitute your acceptance of all such changes.

Disclaimer of Liability
Apartof cannot be held liable for indirect losses, including loss of profit, that may arise from the use of our products and services.
